Of course, we already knew that prices have gone up in Europe as in the United states. In  Europe, the prices of popular bags such as the Birkin and Kelly bags have increased by about  4.5%. In the United States, these increases are even higher, averaging 7%. 

These price increases can be explained by several factors, including rising production costs,  investment in craftsmanship and scarcity of materials for the items. In addition, Hermès strives  to maintain its exclusive image through subtle price adjustments and limited production.

While the new sales rules have not yet been determined - and there will be some variation in  how strictly they are applied, both per store and customer, these are recent changes that we  should definitely start preparing for in the future. 

These new rules are probably going to come about because a lawsuit has been filed against  Hermès in the United States. This by Hermès' customers who claim that the company operates a  system where consumers are encouraged to purchase additional products in order to be eligible  to purchase the exclusive handbags. 

Indeed, it is common knowledge that Hermès has a policy of offering certain exclusive products,  such as the Birkin bag, primarily to customers with a (large) purchase history.

Although no specific new store rules have been officially announced for 2025, Hermès  continues to adapt its strategies to ensure exclusivity and customer satisfaction.
